Thomas Vaughn Pratt, age 93, of Edgerton, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, at the Edgerton Care Center. He was born on Feb. 24, 1922, in Janesville, son of the late Charles and Elizabeth (Driver) Pratt. He was united in marriage on June 19, 1946, to Maxine Joyce Richter, she preceded him in death on Oct. 3, 1988. Vaughn then married Dona Robinson-Ross on June 13, 1992, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Janesville. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Edgerton. Vaughn owned and operated a barbershop in Edgerton, for over 52 years. He attended the Wisconsin Barber School in Milwaukee. He loved to golf, bowl, fish, play cards and swim. He was an avid Badgers and Packers fan, but his true love, was spending time with his family and friends. Vaughn had been an usher at St Joseph Catholic Church for over 50 years and also a member of the Holy Name Society, past commander of the Edgerton VFW, and a member of the Edgerton Towne Country Club's men's league, where he was known as "Victory Vaughn". Vaughn served in the United States Army during World War II where he was stationed in Bora Bora.

Vaughn is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Dona of Edgerton; one daughter, Jill (Gene) Maloney of Manitowoc, WI; five sons: Dennis of Altamonte Springs, FL, Bill (Fran) of Rockton, IL, Joe (LouAnn) of Fort Wayne, IN, Kevin (Lorrie) of Neenah, WI, and Ned of Cleveland, WI; two step-daughters, Cindy (Jim) Schwisow of Milton, WI, and Mary (Kris Russell) Ross of Edgerton; two step-sons, Patrick (Sherri) Ross of Wauwatosa, WI, and Peter (Roberta Marck) Ross of Beaver Dam, WI; 10 grandchildren: Nathan, Amy, Jon, Casey, Emily, Abby, Ben, Sara, Nicholas, Alyssa; four step-grandchildren: Colan, Cary, Erin and Kiegan; 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim and Bob

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015, at ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH, Edgerton, with Father David Timmerman officiating. Burial will be in the St Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call on Saturday, Sept. 5, at the CHURCH from 9:30 until the time of the service. Full Military Services will be held at the cemetery by the Edgerton Memorial Squad. Memorials may be made in honor of Vaughn to the UW Transplant Center of Madison or to SwiftHaven Assisted Living, Edgerton.
