Darrell G. Hansen, 35, of Lake Geneva, WI, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015. He left behind many loving family and friends. Darrell is now in a safe place surrounded and comforted by many that have previously passed. He was born Sept. 26, 1979, in Elkhorn, WI, the son of Gregory Hansen and Roxane Erickson. Darrell was united in marriage to Erin Smage on Aug. 16, 2008, in Delafield, WI. He was the very loving father of two most amazing boys. Darrell enjoyed being on the lake, boating, being up north snowmobiling and his pool league. He graduated from Marine Mechanic Institute in Orlando, FL, in 2000.

Darrell is survived by his wife, Erin; two beautiful sons, Brody and Brevin; his parents: Greg (Dana Williams) Hansen and Roxane (Jim) Erickson; his parents-in-law: Bill (Corine) Smage and Sue (Bob) Mumper; grandmother, Connie Schreiber; his aunts and uncles: Kathleen (Greg) Abel, Andrea (Carson) Fruth, and Gary (Laurie) Hansen; and his cousins: Kirstin, Jared, Gary Jr., Mark, Amy and Aaron. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Gerald Schreiber, Robert and Gloria Hansen; step-sister, Ashley Edler; and uncle, Robert Hansen II.

Memorial Service will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, Sept. 4, 2015, at ST. JOHN'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 104 S. Broad St., Elkhorn, WI. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Darrell Hansen Memorial Fund at People's Bank of Elkhorn.
