JANESVILLE—Police have arrested a 15-year-old Janesville girl suspected of uploading to Facebook a video that contained threats to a 17-year-old Janesville girl.
The girl was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of unlawful use of a computerized communications system, according to a police report.
In the video is a photo of a second 15-year-old Janesville girl exposing her breasts, according to the report.
Police have yet to make contact with the girl exposing her breasts or a suspected accomplice, the report states.
