JANESVILLE-The Janesville Police Department and Janesville Mobilizing 4 Change will conduct a prescription drug roundup from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at the Janesville Farmers Market downtown.
Residents can bring their unused or expired prescription medications for safe disposal.
Accepted items include prescription drugs and liquids, medication patches and pet medications. Only drugs with prescriptions will be accepted.
Over-the-counter drugs, vitamins and needles will not be accepted.
