ELKHORN—An East Troy teen accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl pleaded not guilty to the charge Friday.

Thomas J. Hunt, 18, pleaded not guilty to a repeater count of second-degree sexual assault of a child after village of East Troy police say they found him in a school parking lot with the 15-year-old girl July 21, according to the criminal complaint.

Hunt told police he had sex with the girl without wearing a condom.

Hunt previously pleaded guilty to reduced charges in a different case, in which prosecutors said he had sex with a 13-year-old girl in the back of a parked vehicle, according to the complaint.

A charge of exposing genitals to a child when the child and actor were close in age was dismissed and read into the record in the Jan. 20, 2016, incident.

Hunt is due in court for a status conference and bail/bond forfeiture hearing in the recent case at 1:15 p.m. Sept. 29.
