ELKHORN—A second Badger High School student pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a charge accusing him of distributing a picture of him and another teen having sex with a 16-year-old girl.

Tias L. Larson, 17, of Genoa City is charged with party to sexual exploitation of a child by filming, according to a criminal complaint filed Oct. 31 in Walworth County Court.

The other teen, Blake Dodd, 17, of Lake Geneva is charged with the same felony and also pleaded not guilty.

Police obtained a picture featuring what appeared to be Larson and Dodd facing the camera and high-fiving while the girl, who was naked and not facing the camera, was between the two teens with her head near one of their private areas, according to the complaint.

In an interview with police, Larson said they took a few pictures during the incident, according to the complaint. He said the girl was in the picture, but people could not tell who it was by looking at the picture.

Dodd told police he and Larson took a picture and admitted he sent the picture to Larson, according to the complaint. Larson also said he sent the image to another girl.

Larson also said a quick video was taken of the incident, and he might have filmed the video using Dodd's phone, according to the complaint. Dodd denied that a video existed.

Dodd is due in court for a final pretrial hearing at 3 p.m. April 11.

Larson is scheduled for a status conference at 8:30 a.m. March 8.
