Williams Bay artist headlines winter exhibition

“Creatures of Winter: Sacred Seasons,” an exhibit of art by Williams Bay resident Bill Bishop, will be featured through March 17 at Michael Fields Agricultural Institute Gallery, the big brown barn located at W2493 County Highway ES, East Troy.

The exhibit, sponsored by the Good Earth Church of the Divine, is free and open to the public weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and weekends by appointment. For more information, call 262-684-5193.

Bishop's art has been displayed in homes and businesses all over the Midwest. His Polo Club garment designs were popular in Japan in the 1990s.
 
A native of Rockford, Illinois and a graduate of Rockford East High School, Bishop earned his degree in illustration and design from Milton College.
