Lake Geneva man charged with fifth OWI

ELKHORN—A Lake Geneva man is charged with his fifth offense of operating while intoxicated, this time with a 7-year-old child in the vehicle, according to court documents.

Robert L. Felker, 42, of W3676 Clubhouse Drive, Lake Geneva, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a child in the car at approximately 6:48 p.m. July 20 on Springfield Road, town of Geneva, according to the criminal complaint.

Felker admitted to having eight or nine beers and had difficulty keeping balance, according to the complaint.

Felker was convicted for operating while intoxicated in 1992, 2003, 2005 and 2008, according to the complaint.
