WAA offers photography workshop

"Photography: Beyond the Snapshot," a free workshop, will be presented Saturday,
May 14, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Cultural Arts Center, 402 W. Main St. in Whitewater.

This beginning-to- intermediate level workshop will cover some photographic basics as well as give brief introductions to several specialized and advanced techniques. It will include question-and-answer and discussion segments.

Presenters Everett Long and Jeff McDonald are both past accomplished division winners in the Fran Achen Photography Competition.
