Lawrence A. Krebs, 53, of Fort Atkinson, passed away Friday, Feb. 12, 2016, living a full life following his automobile accident 33 years ago. Larry was born on May 28, 1962, in Fort Atkinson, son of Michael and Lavern (Raddatz) Krebs. He graduated from Fort Atkinson High School in 1980. In 1981 he joined the Wisconsin National Guard and was selected Soldier of the Day, 1st Infantry Training Brigade at Fort Benning, GA. Larry was a very social and outgoing person who was always in good spirits with a great smile. He enjoyed the Brewers, Packers, traveling and fishing, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and his cat, Cici.

Larry is survived by his parents, Michael and Lavern Krebs; brother, Michael (Judi) Krebs; sisters, Teresa (James) Morois and Cheryl (Jeffrey) Marquart; nieces and nephews: Tara (T.J.) Feery, Kati Morois, Kelsey (Jeramiah) Gabrielse, Ryan Krebs, Austin Marquart and Taylor Marquart; great nephew, Emmett Gabrielse; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: William and Ella Krebs Sr. and Herman and Edna Raddatz.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, at BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH in Fort Atkinson. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the DUNLAP MEMORIAL HOME in Fort Atkinson, and from 10 a.m. on Thursday at the CHURCH until the time of service. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Hebron Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany Lutheran Church, Rainbow Hospice or Opportunities Inc.
