First Lady to host women's wellness weekend

FONTANA--First Lady Tonette Walker will host the Third Annual Women's Wellness Weekend at The Abbey Resort in Fontana Jan. 29-31.
“Promoting your overall wellbeing is a vital part to living a happy and prosperous life,” Walker said in a news release. “This fun weekend getaway is a great opportunity for women to come together and learn new tips to improve their lives by being active, connected, informed, and part of their communities.”
The event offers classes and activities, with 10 instructional breakout sessions, lessons in fitness exercises, a vendor fair, and more.
