Birth - November 30, 2015

Diane "Dee Stage" Arneson, 82, beloved mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully Monday, Nov. 30, 2015, at her home in Homosassa, FL. She was surrounded in song by those who loved her dearly as Jesus came and called her name. She was the heart and center of a very large family and extended family whose lives she touched with her kind, sweet, and gentle spirit. She was an avid golfer, bowler, hunter, fisher, and lover of country and polka music. She was employed by General Motors for 31 years, retiring in 1988.

Dee is survived by her brothers and sisters: Suzanne Conroy, Rosalind "Shorty" Ford, Jare "Chief" Woerth, and Donald Woerth; her children: Phillip Stage, David Stage, Susan Stage, Kathy Retzlaff and their spouses; many nieces; nephews; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; church family; and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Stage in 1995; her second husband, Carlos Arneson in 2001; her sisters, Yvonne "Bonnie" Conroy and Marlene "Muggs" Carpenter; and brother, William Woerth.

Dee was a member at the Suncoast Baptist Church in Homosassa, FL, where there will a celebration of life Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at 11 a.m. Her remains will be laid to rest with her husband, Kenneth Stage, at Milton Lawns Memorial Park in Janesville, WI, where an additional Celebration of Life will be Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at 11 a.m. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Citrus County Hospice House in Lecanto, FL.
