Arrests
--A 15-YEAR-OLD BELOIT BOY, at 1:37 p.m. Friday at the Rock County Youth Services Center, 201 E. Highway 14, Janesville, referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of battery by prisoner. A 16-year-old was listed as the victim.
--A 14-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 11:45 a.m. Sunday at his residence, referred to juvenile authorities on charges of operating a motor vehicle without owner consent and resisting or obstructing an officer.
Intoxicated driving arrests
--SARA J. MCKEARN, 28, of 744 E. Elmwood Drive, Beloit, at 12:32 a.m. Sunday at highways 51 and 11 in the town of Rock.
--AMY E. JENNESS, 30, of 1421 Vista Ave., Janesville, at 5:51 p.m. Friday at Highway 140 and Avalon Road, town of Bradford. Also arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
--CHRISTOPHER J. PROCHASKA, 23, of 315 Ravine St., No. 2, Janesville, at 5:22 a.m. Sunday at 1842 S. County D, town of Rock, after the vehicle he was driving went into a ditch and he left the scene. Also arrested on charges of driving while suspended and with no insurance, driving left of center and failing to report an accident.
Reported
--BURGLARY reported at 11:13 p.m. Saturday in the 4200 block of North Galaxy Drive, town of Harmony. Several items were reported taken from vehicles parked in a garage.
Charged
--JOSHUA E. CHURCH, 37, of 6511 W. Chelly Lane, Janesville, charged with attempting to elude a traffic officer. He is accused of not stopping for an Evansville police officer Thursday, eventually exiting the city on Highway 14 eastbound, accelerating to an estimated 100 mph, which caused the officer to break off pursuit. The officer arrested Church the next day at his residence, according to the criminal complaint.
