Judy VanAntwerp, age 63, of Whitewater, formally of Sharon, passed away peacefully on Sept. 29, 2015, in Delavan, after a long illness while surrounded by family. Judy was born on April 12, 1952, in Harvard, IL, to Ralph and Helen (Weidemer) VanAntwerp. Judy was a loving Sister, Aunt and Great-Aunt and friend to many. Judy deeply enjoyed the years she spent working at MPC in Walworth. She loved spending hours with her family and spoiling her numerous nieces and nephews endlessly. Judy loved playing bingo, going to the casino, and having fun all matched by her deep love of animals; especially her cat, Kaylee. Judy was a shining light to our family and everyone's life she touched. She will be deeply missed and loved eternally by many.
Judy is survived by her brothers, Ralph (Shirley) VanAntwerp and Leroy VanAntwerp; sisters, Donna (David) Alberth and Mary (Ted) Haverly; brother-in-law, Monty Adkins; nieces: Bonnie, Lisa, Martha, and Skyelar; nephews: Ray, Nick and Ryan; as well as many, many cousins; great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Debra Adkins; and nephew, David.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015, from 12 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. at TOYNTON'S WALWORTH FUNERAL HOME, 328 Kenosha St., (Just East of Rt. 14), Walworth. Interment will be private.
