Norma Jean (Stage) Viney, 89, died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2015, at home after a long illness. She was originally from Milton and Janesville, WI. She was born Aug. 11, 1926 to Leon and Mable (Janssen) Stage. She graduated from Milton Union High School with the class of 1946. She worked as a dental assistant for Dr. G. A. Schmutzler for a few years and GMAD for 20 years. She married Charles T. Viney on June 18, 1949. They had one son, Charles T. Viney, Jr. They later divorced. When she was able, she attend the Methodist Church.

Jean is survived by her son, Charles of Avon Park, FL, who moved there to take care of her; a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Albert Huber of Milton; a sister-in-law, Diane Stage Arneson of Florida; many nieces and nephews; and her Michigan family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Kenneth W. Stage of Edgerton; sister, Lucille (Ray) Buckhold; and two special nephews, Gerald and Keith Buckhold of Marcellus, MI.

According to Jean's wishes, there was no service. She was buried at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, Avon Park, FL.
