Walworth County sheriff's deputies participated in two controlled buys from Cooper. According to the complaint, Cooper sold marijuana to a confidential informant April 27 and June 1 at his former home in Fontana and his current Delavan residence.

Deputies executed a search warrant June 12 at the Delavan apartment and found a baking pan and marijuana in Cooper's room, according to the complaint.

Cooper told the deputies he sold the other marijuana before the deputies arrived, the complaint states.
