Discovery of 4.5 pounds of marijuana prompts drug charges against Elkhorn man

ELKHORN—A Walworth County man faces several felony drug charges after the Walworth County Drug Unit found about 4.5 pounds of marijuana in his former town of Geneva home, according to a criminal complaint.

Robert P. Davison III, 23, of 816 Dylan Drive, Elkhorn, is charged with two felony counts of delivering LSD, three felony counts of delivering marijuana and misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On May 21, June 8 and Aug. 5, Davison sold LSD and marijuana to a confidential informant at his former home, W2984 Kruger Road, the complaint states.

On Sept. 1, a search warrant was executed at Davison's residence, where a scale, mason jars, 4.5 pounds of marijuana and 0.36 grams of LSD were found in Davison's bedroom, the complaint states.

Davison supplies marijuana to at least one person who has 10 customers, the complaint states.

He has moved to Elkhorn since being charged.

Davison is free on a signature bond. He will appear in court next at 1:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at the Walworth County Judicial Center.
