— GARY M. BURK, 58, of Chicago, at 1:37 p.m. Thursday at 200 Highway 14, Janesville, on a felony bench warrant for failing to appear in court in August on a previous charge of forgery.
— PRINCELL S. HODGES, 24, of 747 Kellogg Ave., Janesville, at 8:48 p.m. Thursday at his residence on suspicion of strangulation, battery, disorderly conduct and three counts of domestic violence.

Charged
— EILEEN G. BECKER, 45, of 1114 Sage St., Lake Geneva, with two felony counts of party two delivering heroin and felonies possession with intent to deliver heroin and maintaining a drug trafficking place. Walworth County Sheriff’s Office deputies say on Aug. 12 and 13, Becker sold heroin to a confidential informant at Becker’s home and on Aug. 25, when a search warrant was executed at Becker’s home, Becker was found in possession of 1.96 grams of heroin.
— BRANDON M.R. KRAFT, 19, of 370 N. Tratt St. No. 232, Whitewater, with misdemeanor obstructing an officer and felony bail jumping. Whitewater police say on July 30, Kraft ran from a police officer outside the police department.
— MATTHEW B. WEILER, 44, of 1114 Sage St., Lake Geneva, with three felony counts of delivering heroin, felony maintaining a drug trafficking place and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Walworth County Sheriff’s Office deputies say on Aug. 12 and 13, Weiler sold heroin to a confidential informant at Weiler’s home, and on Aug. 25, when a search warrant was executed at Weiler’s home, Weiler was found in possession of heroin and a plastic straw used to package and ingest heroin.
