Week 3 means conference play starts in the Rock Valley, Badger South and Southern Lakes conferences.
In the Big Eight, either Parker or Beloit Memorial will get its first win of the season down in Beloit, while either Middleton or Madison East will lose for the first time in 2015.
Unbeaten Janesville Craig hosts Verona (1-1) at Monterey Stadium tonight.
Nonconference play took a toll on Rock Valley North teams, who went a combined 3-9 in the first two weeks of the season. Conference favorite Evansville/Albany, which was 2-0 in nonconference games, hosts East Troy to highlight action in the north.
In the south, Beloit Turner takes on Walworth Big Foot under unusual circumstances: The Trojans are the ones undefeated, while the Chiefs are coming off a nonconference loss to Delavan-Darien.
And after falling to Waunakee 28-0, Milton's chance to rebound in Badger South play comes against Madison Edgewood, who the Red Hawks beat 14-13 in 2014.
