Arrests

— CHRISTOPHER R. GREEN, 29, of 2709 Citation Drive, Janesville, reportedly for theft of property and bail jumping, a felony, at 8:07 p.m. Wednesday at 100 N. Jackson St., Janesville.

Reported

— PROPERTY DAMAGE, at 3:32 p.m. on the 3200 block of Hemmingway Drive, Janesville. A man reported that fireworks were detonated inside his mailbox and shot at the front window of the home, leaving burn marks. The man believed the damage had been done overnight.

Charged

— KAABA R. TATE, 20, of 613 St. Lawrence Ave. Apt. B, Beloit, CHARES A. HILL, 25, of 1860 Spruce St., Beloit, and MICKALE A. HICKS, 19, of 1513 Porter Ave., Beloit, all charged with party to the crime of battery by prisoner and disorderly conduct. They are accused of assaulting a fellow inmate at the Rock County Jail around 10:30 p.m. Saturday. The inmate suffered two bruises on his head, a scratch across his nose and eye, scrapes on the side of his mouth, on his shoulder, on both sides of his abdomen and back and a bruise on his shoulder and complained of rib pain.

— RAYMOND C. WADE, 36, of 1 N. Washington St. No. 2, Janesville, charged with felony intimidation of a victim and disorderly conduct, both as incidents of domestic abuse. He is accused of threatening to assault and kill a woman he knows in Beloit on Aug. 5.

— RUSTY S. FRYE, 30, of 2305 Holiday Drive No. 3, Janesville, charged with possession of narcotics as a repeat drug offender. He is accused of possessing heroin wrapped in a gum wrapper in his sock when stopped by a sheriff's deputy Tuesday near the intersection of Shopiere Road and Arrowhead Drive in Beloit.

— VERNON E. NOEL III, 27, of 2008 W. Memorial Drive, Janesville, charged with party to uttering a forgery. He is accused of cashing a $600 check belonging to a Janesville couple with a forged signature.

— DAVID E. WALBERG, 52, of 1905 Independence Road, Janesville, charged with felony theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and two counts of uttering a forgery. He is accused of cashing checks belonging to a woman he knows, totaling $7,455, and using the woman's credit card for $866 in purchases.

Walworth County

Charged

— ANGELIQUE S. KEPSHIRE, 40, of Woodridge, Illinois, with felony fleeing an officer. Walworth County Sheriff's Office deputies say on Monday morning, Kepshire would not stop driving on Interstate 43 in the town of La Fayette for an officer who's sirens were on. Kepshire eventually stopped after she failed to reverse in order to avoid stop sticks.

— CORBIN D. ROMENESKO, 29, of N1517 Salt Box Road, Sharon, with felony substantial battery. Walworth County Sheriff's Office deputies say on April 15, Romenesko struck a man two to three times in the head with a hammer.
