—AARON T. DIBBLE, 23, of 2707 Park Place Lane, Janesville at 1:10 a.m. Sunday at Academy and Racine streets, Janesville.

—BURGLARY reported at 7:01 p.m. Sunday to a garage on the 1000 block of South Wash Street, Janesville. Reported stolen were two bicycles worth $320.

Charged
—REBECCA L. GERMUNDSON, 25, of 460 W. Whitewater St., Whitewater, with five felony counts of identity theft for financial gain. Whitewater police say between March 2 and July 15, Germundson used a debit card not belonging to him to make 26 withdrawals totaling about $7,795.
—TIOMBREA M. RORK, 23, of 1803 Douglas Ave., Michigan, with felony attempting to flee a traffic officer. Walworth County Sheriff’s Office deputies say on July 27, Rork was involved in a traffic accident before leaving the scene, speeding and avoiding several officers’ sirens and requests to pull over.
—KRISTIN R. SEITZ, 26, of 2550 Honey Creek Road No. 814, East Troy, with felony possession of narcotic drugs. Village of East Troy police say on May 25, Seitz was found with heroin in her purse.
—BRADLEY R. TAYLOR, 50, of 840 N. Wisconsin St. No. 112, Elkhorn, with felony strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Elkhorn police say on July 26, Taylor grabbed a woman by her throat, pulled her into a room and grabbed her hair before pushing her to the ground and ripping her shirt off because of what the woman was wearing.
—JORDAN J. WEBER, 20, of Milwaukee, with felony substantial battery and misdemeanors battery and disorderly conduct. Walworth County Sheriff’s Office deputies say on July 25, Weber punched two people in the face.
