Arrests
--JAMES S. HERGERT, 31, of Milton, at 5:45 p.m. Saturday in the 11000 block of North Ridge Road in town of Milton on a charge of burglary. Homeowners arrived at home to find a male suspect inside. While deputies were responding, one of the homeowners physically confronted the suspect and detained him until officers arrived.
Intoxicated driving arrests
--JOSHUA V. WINKLE, 35, of Janesville, at 12:45 a.m. Sunday near Highway 51 and County F, town of Janesville. A Rock County Sheriff's Office deputy initiated a traffic stop for speeding. Winkle failed field sobriety tests and a blood draw after a search warrant was granted. It was reported as his fifth arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

--BURGLARY at 2:34 p.m. Friday to a residence in the 1400 block of Excalibur Drive, Janesville. Reported stolen was money and several pieces of jewelry.

Charged
--ANTHONY W. DELLACH, 22, of 107 S. Main St., Apt. B, Delavan, with felony forgery. Delavan police say on June 9, 2014, Dellach wrote a check to himself from an account that was not his.
--BRANDON S. DIETZ, 23, of Rosholt, with felony fleeing an officer. Walworth County Sheriff’s Office deputies say on July 23, Dietz exceeded the speed limit and was swerving through traffic while avoiding a deputy’s sirens and requests to pull over before coming to a stop and fleeing on foot.
--JUSTIN T. HONSE, 29, of 213 Turtle Creek Drive, No. 4, Delavan, with felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana and misdemeanor child neglect. Walworth County Sheriff’s Office deputies say on Dec. 30, 2014, a deputy completed a traffic stop on Honse, who was found with a 5-year-old boy and marijuana inside Honse’s vehicle.
--LUIS F. JUAREZ, 21, of 92 Clover St., Apt. B, Williams Bay, with felony possession of marijuana. Williams Bay police say on July 14, an officer stopped Juarez while Juarez was driving and found marijuana in the vehicle.
--NOAH S. LAUSCHE, 18, of N2840 Wildwood Drive, Lake Geneva, with felonies substantial battery and operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent and misdemeanors disorderly conduct and intentionally abuse a hazardous substance. Town of Geneva police say on July 18, Lausche injured a woman after she refused to take Lausche to the store to buy aerosol cleaner cans to huff. Lausche reportedly threw the woman to the ground and broke her hip before dragging her to her car. The two went to a store where Lausche left the woman and took the car. The vehicle was found after Lausche allegedly crashed it into a tree, and he was found inhaling from an air duster can near the crashed tree.
--CHRISTOPHER B. SHANNON, 35, of N6108 Balsam Drive, Elkhorn, with felony battery of a peace officer and misdemeanors resisting an officer and disorderly conduct. Walworth County Sheriff’s Office deputies say on July 22, Shannon punched a man in the face, shoved an officer twice and swore at the officer while resisting arrest.
