Roscoe William Heimann, age 82, of Janesville, died Friday, July 24, 2015, at Mercy Hospital. He was born on March 3, 1933, in Winslow, IL, the son of John E. and Ruth (Zettle) Heimann. Roscoe had served in the US Army. He married Lois Deemer on April 1, 1956, at Grace Lutheran Church, Monroe, WI. Roscoe was employed at GMAD, retiring in 1990. He was a member of UAW Local 95, the Eagles Club and the Janesville Church of Christ on Oakhill Ave.

Roscoe is survived by his wife, Lois; three children: Lana (Paul) Steinke, Randy (Lynn) Heimann and Alan (Brenda Phippen) Heimann; six grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a sister, Lela Isely; and many nieces and nephews. Roscoe was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Alberta and Marietta; four brothers: Harold, Loris, Eugene and Clair; and a grandson, Andrew.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the CHAPEL at MILTON LAWNS MEMORIAL PARK, with Tom Bovis presiding. Friends may call at the CHAPEL from 1 p.m. until the time of service on Wednesday. Interment will follow in MILTON LAWNS MEMORIAL PARK. SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY is assisting the family.
