Robert E. ”Hoodie” Schultz, 77, of Edgerton, born on Nov. 13, 1937, to the late Ernest and Gladys (Stubbe) Schultz, died at his home on Sunday, July 19, 2015. He retired from General Motors in 1992. He loved gardening and watching the animals outside. He loved going on rides to take a peek at the deer and turtles. He enjoyed playing cards with his family and friends. He cherished his time with his children, grandchildren, and his grand-dogs, WiKy and Hunter.

Bob is survived by his son, Fred (Theresa) Schultz of Brooklyn, WI; daughter, Lisa (Kevin) Maddix of Rockford, IL; grandchildren: Faith and Grace Schultz and Mike and Josh Wipf; five brothers: Ardell (Sandy) of Evansville, WI, Carl (Judy) of Edgerton, James (Joanne) of Jefferson, Thomas (Barbara) of Edgerton, David (Cindy) of Edgerton; two sisters, Marilyn (Francis) Strickert of Edgerton, Janet (LaVerne) Paulson of Edgerton; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rosie Gehri; and a brother-in-law, Dan.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2015, at the ALBRECHT FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATION SERVICES, Edgerton with Pastor James Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Fassett Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the FUNERAL HOME from 10 a.m. until the start of the service.

Bob was a man who had a heart of gold. He was always there to help with family and friends. If you knew Bob, he was quite a story teller. We never knew if it was true or not.

Memories are forever. We all will miss you.
