Entertainment: The band Exmoor will perform during the cookout.

Why you should go: Proceeds fund three to four scholarships through the Ag Business Council of Rock County and also support Rock County youth involved in agriculture, George said. The cookout is a tradition in the community and has many repeat customers, he said.

Steaks are cooked on a 20-foot grill and are fresh and made to order, he said.

“We buy top-quality beef and cook it as good as anywhere,” George said. “For the quality of the meal, you can't get it at a better price.”
