Jerold Engen, 77, Hixton, formerly of Janesville, died Friday at Family Heritage Nursing Home, Black River Falls. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at New Hope Community Lutheran Church, Northfield. Visitation is from 11 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the church. Jensen-Modjeski Funeral Home, Hixton, is assisting the family.

Arlin O. Nyborg, 90, Brodhead, died Thursday at Woods Crossing Nursing Home, Brodhead. Services will be held in August. D.L. Newcomer Funeral Home, Brodhead, is assisting the family.
