JANESVILLE—The Rock County 4-H Fair's lineup this year will include laughter and 1,600-pound animals capable of stomping their opponents to death—but not in the same show.

On Tuesday, fair Entertainment Chairman Ryan George announced the final two grandstand acts for this year's fair, which runs July 28 to Aug. 2.

The Tuesday, July 28, grandstand act features two comedians from Janesville.

The first, Pete Lee, made his television debut on NBC's "Last Comic Standing," where he reached the semifinals. Besides touring the country, he also has worked as a writer for the NFL Network's Top 10 and was a cast member of VH1's "Best Week Ever."

Lee appeared on David Letterman's show in 2013.

The second comedian, Janesville native Andi Smith, has been described by Comedy Central as “being both the girl next door and the girl who hates the girl next door."

“Her comedy has nothing to do with mammograms or adventures she's had with her cat. In fact, she doesn't like cats. … She finds humor in everything from growing up in Wisconsin to ugly belts.”

On Sunday, Aug. 2, the fair will wrap up its main stage entertainment with Championship Bull Riding.

“We had the rodeo a couple of years ago, and we had some pretty good success with that,” George said. “I think when people go to rodeos, they really want to see the bull riding.”

The rest of the previously announced lineup includes:

Wednesday, July 29: Cole Swindell, country. Swindell just won the Best New Artist Award from the Academy of Country Music.

Thursday, July 30: Montgomery Gentry, country.

Friday, July 31: Cassadee Pope opening for Dan + Shay. Pope won Season 3 of NBC's “The Voice.” Dan + Shay are a country-pop duo.

Saturday, Aug. 1: Tyler Farr, country.

Sunday, Aug. 2: In the morning, the Wisconsin Horse Pullers will host a competition. The rodeo will start at 4 p.m.
