Arrests

—A 13-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 2:58 p.m. Thursday at the Janesville Police Department was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of first-degree sexual assault of a child.

RICHARD F. SURMA, 47, 450 S. Second St., Evansville, at 6:49 p.m. Monday at home on an arrest warrant for operating while intoxicated, second offense, and operating after revocation.

Intoxicated driving arrests

KATHLEEN F. SCHOELZEL, 66, 4066 Creekside Court, Janesville, at 4:45 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Centerway and Milton Avenue, Janesville.

Reported

BURGLARY reported at 8:30 p.m. Monday to a garage in the 2500 block of North Sumac Drive, Janesville. A vehicle and garage were rummaged through and several items were taken.

BURGLARY reported at 11:22 a.m. Monday to Trinity Episcopal Church, 409 E. Court St., Janesville. Items were reported stolen from the GIFTS Men's Shelter Resource Center at the church.

Charged

CRAIG A. SCHOENBECK, 41, of 725 N. Oakhill Ave., Janesville, charged with substantial battery and disorderly conduct, both as acts of domestic abuse. He is accused of assaulting a woman he knows, causing her to lose consciousness, at his residence Saturday.

Walworth County

Charged

TONY A. BORNFLETH, 26, Milwaukee, with felony theft of movable property. Village of East Troy police say between Aug. 2014 and Nov. 2014, Bornfleth stole a gun from a home he was a caretaker in and sold the gun.

LUCAS D. KEBBEKUS, 28, W1135 Siena Circle, Lake Geneva, with felonies possession of narcotic drugs and bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Walworth County Sheriff's Office deputies say on April 4, a deputy stopped Kebbekus while driving, and a search revealed Kebbekus had a syringe and ground opiates.

MARTIN SEVERO VALADEZ, 23, 531 Susie St., Delavan, with felonies: operating while intoxicated causing injury, second and subsequent offense; operating with prohibited alcohol concentration causing injury, second and subsequent offense; and operating under the influence of a controlled substance causing injury, second offense. Town of Delavan police say on Jan. 24, Valadez was driving and hit another vehicle head-on. A 12-year-old in the other vehicle sustained injuries.

TRENTON C. WHIPPLE, 27, 107 Turtle Creek Drive, No. 4, Delavan, with felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana and five felony counts of delivery of marijuana. Walworth County Sheriff's Office deputies say from Jan. 2014 to April 2014, Whipple sold marijuana to a confidential informant four times. Deputies also say on April 18, when a search warrant was executed to Whipple's home, deputies and Delavan police found marijuana, marijuana plants, bongs and other drug related paraphernalia.
