Intoxicated driving arrests
— SIDNEY J. CARLSON, 58, of 508 California Court, Janesville, at 1:20 a.m. Wednesday at Rockport Road and South Marion Avenue, Janesville.

— FRAUD, at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of West State Street, Janesville. A woman said someone used her personal identification to receive a tax refund from the Internal Revenue Service.
— STRONG ARM ROBBERY, at 10:40 a.m. Monday at Dan’s Creston Park Laundry, 1603 Randolph Road, Janesville. A woman said someone robbed her of $4.25 in quarters and a pack of Camel Crush cigarettes while she was at the Laundromat.
Walworth County
Charged
— DOMINIQUE M. CUAUTLE, 38, of 260 N. Main St., Walworth, with felony possession with intent to deliver a prescription drug. Walworth County Sheriff’s Office deputies say on Oct. 9, Cuautle put Seoquel pills in a balloon and hid the balloon in her vagina when she first went to jail. During her time at the jail, Cuautle would sell the pills for $3 each.
— MELVIN E. ESPINOZA, 31, of 406 N. Wisconsin St., Elkhorn, with felony strangulation and misdemeanors disorderly conduct and battery. Elkhorn police say on March 24, Espinoza hit, pushed and choked a man while yelling at him.
— JONATHAN H. JACOBSON, 20, of 917 Clover St., Lake Geneva, with two felony counts of bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts sexual intercourse with a child. Lake Geneva police say on Nov. 8 and Dec. 22, Jacobson had sex with a 16-year-old girl.
— DENNIS M. JOHNSON, 45, of 424 ½ Water St., Lake Geneva, with three felony counts bail jumping and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Lake Geneva police say on March 11, Johnson was pulled over after an office saw Johnson speeding, swerving and hitting snow banks. Johnson was not to drive or consume alcohol as part of his probation. He reportedly did both.
— MEGAN R. LANGHOFF, 23, of 1226 E. Longneedle Lane, Elkhorn, with three felony counts of identity theft for financial gain, two felony counts of bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Elkhorn police say on March 13, 18 and 19, Langhoff stole a woman’s driver’s license and checks and cashed a check worth $450. Police also found heroin-related drug paraphernalia in Langhoff’s purse.
— YIMI G. SAMBRANO, 48, Machesny Park, Illinois, with felony failure to report to jail. Walworth County Sheriff’s Office deputies say Zambrano failed to report to the Walworth County jail by June 22, 2003 for a 270-day sentence.
