Charged
--LARRY J. LAWRENCE, 51, of 3702 W. Spring Creek Road, Beloit, charged with strangulation/suffocation, disorderly conduct and battery, all as incidents of domestic abuse. Lawrence is accused of assaulting a woman he knows at his town of Beloit residence Feb. 6, and again Saturday, when he held her down and would not let her get up. In the first incident, he is accused of yelling at her, calling her names, threatening to kill her, throwing her against a door and choking her.
