Carsyn Raye De Witt, age 5, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015, at Manchester Medical Center, Manchester, TN. She was born in Milwaukee, WI, on Aug. 7, 2009, the daughter of Gordon and Penny (Green) De Witt.
Carsyn is survived by her parents, Penny and Gordon De Witt of Janesville; five siblings: Cassandra Jefferies, Seth Green, Brittany Green, Austin De Witt and Justin De Witt; paternal grandmother, Pauline De Witt; maternal grandparents, Gary Broege, Sr., and Cheryl Broege; aunts and uncles: Evert (Denise) De Witt, Paula (Jon) Folk, Minda De Witt, Gary (Bev) Broege, Jr., and Brian (Amber) Broege; many other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Kathryn Broege and Victoria De Witt; a brother, Jaydon De Witt; paternal grandfather, Bobby De Witt; and maternal great-grandmother, Bernice Keller.
A Funeral Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY. A visitation will be held on Monday from 4 until 7 p.m. at SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME and again on Tuesday from 3 p.m. until the time of service at the FUNERAL HOME.
