Intoxicated driving arrests

—BRANTLEY R. AMBERGER, 27, 1015 N. Sumac Drive, Janesville, at 2:46 a.m. Saturday at West Milwaukee Street and West Centerway, Janesville.

—ADAM C. SILHA, 29, 3521 N. Edgewood Drive, town of Janesville, at 5:52 p.m. Saturday at County E and Northridge Drive, town of Janesville. It was reportedly Silha's third offense.

—RUTH B. DUDA, 51, 3907 Milton Ave., No. 129, Janesville, at 2:23 a.m. Tuesday at West Highway 14 and North Hackbarth Road, town of Janesville. It was reportedly Duda's first offense.

—BURGLARY, reported at 9:42 a.m. Feb. 13 in the 8500 block of North Black Oak Drive, town of Fulton. Reported stolen were a TV and TV mount with a combined value of about $1,260.

—THEFT, reported at 8:42 a.m. Monday to Alliant Energy, 3730 Kennedy Road, Janesville. Reported stolen was copper valued at about $5,000.

Charged

—BRIAN S. O'TOOLE, 44, 508 S. Main St., Delavan, with felony repeated sexual assault of a child. Delavan police say on Sept. 1, O'Toole sexually assaulted a 13-year-old for multiple months.

—KIM A. SIKORSKI, 59, Milwaukee, with two counts of felony retail theft. Delavan police say on Sept. 16 and 26, Sikorski stole more than a combined $4,800 in merchandise from the Wal-Mart in Delavan.
