Lisa Lynn (Fletcher) Appel, age 46, died at her home on Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014. Lisa was born July 8, 1968, in Aurora, IL, the daughter of Michael and Linda (Baketz) Fletcher. She married Jim Appel, Jr. on Aug. 22, 2007 in Myrtle Beach, S.C. She worked for Rath-Gibson as an accountant. Lisa enjoyed scrap booking, camping and her dogs, Harley and Lola.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Jim; two daughters, Brittany Benson of Chicago, and Jaimee (Drew) Bannon of Albuquerque, NM; one son, Austin Appel of Orfordville; her mother, Linda Fletcher; and her father, Michael (Dottie) Fletcher; a sister, Michele Dierks of Geneva, IL; her grandmother, Virginia Fletcher; and nieces and nephews: Erik, Alissa, Joey, Sarah, Rachael and Matthew.
A visitation and funeral service will be held at ORFORDVILLE LUTHERAN CHURCH on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014. The Visitation will be from 1 until 3 p.m. and the Funeral Service at 3 p.m. with Rev. Andy Twiton officiating.
