— VALENTINA S. PINKHASIK, 64, Stoughton, booked at 10:45 a.m. Friday at the Janesville Police Department, 100 N. Jackson St., Janesville, on suspicion of two counts of manufacture and delivery of illegal narcotics, as well as two counts of maintaining a drug trafficking vehicle.
Intoxicated driving arrests
— LAMONT Y. WILLIAMS, 37, Janesville, at 7:44 p.m. Friday, booked into the Rock County Jail, 200 N. Highway 14, Janesville, after a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper pulled him over for driving a vehicle erratically in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 90/39, at mile-marker 155 near Albion. Also cited for operating a motor vehicle with two children under 16 in the vehicle.

— THEFT reported Friday at a residence in the 1600 block of Doubletree Drive, Janesville. A man said someone used a tin snips to cut the license plate registration sticker off his vehicle’s license plate overnight while the vehicle was parked in the driveway.

Intoxicated driving arrests
— JEREMY A RUTLEDGE, 35, Monroe, at 2:10 a.m. Friday, at the 1600 block of North Highway 69, town of Clarno. Deputies cited him after they responded to reports his truck was parked in the road. It was his fourth offense. Also cited for improper parking on a roadway. He was held Friday at Green County Jail, Monroe, pending a cash bond.
