TOWN OF CENTER — A 74-year-old man was pinned after his semitrailer truck collided with a farm tractor in the town of Center on Tuesday.
Authorities were called at 11:20 a.m. to Highway 14 at Fox Road between Janesville and Evansville for a two-vehicle crash.
