Walworth County Sheriff’s Office gets new speed trailer

ELKHORN -- The Walworth County Sheriff's Office received a $6,000 grant from AAA Wisconsin towards the purchase of a speed trailer. The purpose of this funding is to provide equipment to law enforcement agencies to enhance traffic safety. The total cost of the speed trailer was $8,470 with the difference paid for by the Sheriff's Office with existing funds, according to a release from the Walworth County Sheriff’s Office.
