— A public information meeting for the U.S. Highway 12 resurfacing projects is scheduled for Wed., March 13, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Wisconsin Army National Guard facility, located at 401 Fair Avenue, Elkhorn. The meeting will follow an informal open house format. Exhibits and handouts will be on display for review and comment. Representatives will be available to explain the proposed project, answer questions, and receive public input. Participants may attend at any time during the meeting.

WisDOT is proposing to rehabilitate the pavement structure of U.S. Highway 12 from Wisconsin Highway 20 to the U.S. Highway 12/Wisconsin Highway 67 split. Additional improvements will include enhancements at minor side road intersections, the evaluation of intersection improvements at the major side road intersections of County Highway A, County Highway ES, and Potters Road, including signalized and roundabout intersection types, and evaluation for improved bike and pedestrian accommodations throughout the corridor.

According to Michael Pyritz, communications spokesperson with WisDOT, no link is on the DOT website for this project, and graphics won't be available until the day of the meeting, March 13.

Could you give us a link to find the proposed map on DOT? I was unable to even find the notice on their site.
