-- KEVIN R. ENNOCENTI, 30, of 4135 S. River Road, Janesville, at 10 p.m. Monday at 1717 Center Ave., Janesville, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, disorderly conduct and misdemeanor retail theft.

-- COLE D. GUENTHER, 17, of 2137 Walnut St., Janesville, at 6:29 p.m. Monday at home on a charge of delivering marijuana and maintaining a drug-trafficking place.

-- DEREK D. SIMPSON, 28, of 203 W. Holmes St., Janesville, at 4:29 p.m. Monday at home on charges of battery, strangulation and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- SERGIO R. OCHOA, 40, of 605 Fourth St., Brodhead, at 3:05 a.m. Sunday on Highway 81 near County H in the town of Newark. Ochoa was driving east when he swerved into the ditch, tried to correct and lost control of his Chevrolet Blazer on the icy roadway. A passenger, Michael D. Wolfe, 28, of N506 First Center Ave., Brodhead, was transported to a local hospital with injuries, but his condition was not available. Ochoa was ticketed for speeding, failure to have control and intoxicated driving.

Accidents

-- CASEY ROAD NEAR HIGHWAY 59, in the town of Porter at 5:30 a.m. Monday. Alexander M. Brockmann, 24, of 2770 Iva Court, No. 52, Beloit, was driving north on Casey Road when an unknown vehicle traveling south swerved into Brockmann's lane of travel. Brockman swerved across the centerline and traveled in the west ditch about 100 feet before his car came to a stop. The other vehicle drove off. A passenger in Brockman's car, Sierra L. Carroll, 24, of 4700 W. Highway 14, No. 9, Janesville, was transported to a local hospital with injuries, but his condition was not available. Brockman was ticketed for speeding.
