-- BRANDON R. AUBERT, 22, 1765 Hemlock St., Beloit, at 2:50 p.m. Friday at the Rock County Jail on felony charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and bail-jumping. He also was arrested on misdemeanor charges of obstructing, possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle with a revoked registration and operating after revocation.
-- ABBY C. BARKER, 18, 9516 N. Arrowhead Shores Road, Edgerton, at 10:28 p.m. Saturday at home on a felony charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property and theft.
-- SPENCER W. OMEARA, 23, 2223 Cedar Point Drive, Janesville, at 12:15 a.m. Saturday on a felony charge of possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was a passenger in a vehicle stopped on Humes Road at Kennedy Drive.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- PETER J. BIN, 23, 1115 Bennett St., Janesville, at 2:50 a.m. Sunday on North Parker Drive at Glen Street in Janesville.
-- LONNIE L. BECHTOLT, 49, 324 Center Ave., Janesville, at 12:21 p.m. Sunday on Harmony Town Hall Road at MH Townline Road in the town of Harmony. It was reported as his fifth arrest on a drunken-driving charge.
