— A job fair will be held from 1-4 p.m. Wed., Feb. 13, at Veterans Terrace, 589 Milwaukee Ave., Burlington, according to a story in The Racine Journal Times.

The fair will be open to both displaced Echo Lake Foods employees and the public.

The job fair was organized after a massive fire at the Echo Lake Foods plant at 33102 S. Honey Lake Road in Burlington last week which left extensive damage to the facilities and put about 300 employees out of work.

Included among the available jobs at the job fair are entry-level warehouse, maintenance mechanic, forklift operators, assembly, production workers, industrial and electrical engineers, truck packers, and hospitality positions.
