— Listening sessions for constituents of Rep. Andy Jorgensen (D-Fort Atkinson) will be held Mon., Feb. 11 at 9:30 a.m. at The Sweet Spot, 226 W. Whitewater St., Whitewater, and at 5 p.m. at the Sumner Town Hall, N1525 Church St., Edgerton.

“Democrats have just unveiled a jobs agenda for the Legislature, and we’ll soon hear Governor Walker’s budget address, so, no doubt, there is a lot on the minds of my neighbors and friends in the 43rd Assembly District right now,” Jorgensen said in a release on the listening sessions. “I look forward to their feedback on our ideas, as well as their own to move Wisconsin forward.”

Earlier in the month, Jorgensen also held a special listening session on the Janesville-Milton-Whitewater Innovation Express, an expanded bus line whose stops include Whitewater, Janesville and Milton.

Jorgensen said he plans to hold listening sessions in each community he represents during his current term. Upcoming listening sessions can be found on Jorgensen’s website.

No appointment is needed to meet with Jorgensen during his listening sessions. To make a suggestion of a listening session location or time, or to schedule a one-on-one meeting, call (608) 266-3790 or email rep.jorgensen@legis.wi.gov.
