— Vice President Joe Biden is planning to campaign in Wisconsin Friday.

President Obama's campaign announced Tuesday Biden will travel to Beloit and Superior. Biden is scheduled to appear at Aldrich Middle School in Beloit, followed by a visit to Superior Middle School in Superior. The campaign says the trip is subject to changing weather conditions.

President Obama remains at the White House Tuesday, dealing with the federal response to Superstorm Sandy. He canceled a campaign stop in Green Bay.

Biden events in Ohio on Tuesday and in Pennsylvania on Thursday were canceled because of the storm. Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney canceled Tuesday rallies across Ohio and Iowa, while vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan is in La Crosse.
