— Plenty of Green Bay Packer memorabilia—the collection of a Delavan man--will be auctioned off Nov. 1 at a hotel in Pewaukee, according to a story in the Green Bay Press Gazette.

Bidders can begin inspecting the items between 1 and 5 p.m. Wed., Oct. 31.

The items, which include official footballs from two Super Bowls, team photos, a player contract from 1931 that was signed by Curley Lambeau, and autographed items by players like Reggie White and Bart Starr, were taken from the collection of Chris York.

The IRS is holding the auction to settle York’s back taxes of more than $100,000. A lien was filed against York’s belongings at the Walworth County Judicial Center back in January.
