Hailey Roser, a 4-year-old from East Troy battling a brain tumor, got to see singer Justin Bieber Sunday, even though a hospital stay meant she couldn't attend the singer's concert. Photo via Facebook.

Though she had tickets, a hospital stay while fighting a brain tumor meant East Troy resident Hailey Roser couldn't attend Justin Bieber's concert at the BMO Bradley Harris Center in Milwaukee Sunday.

But the 4-year-old actually got something even better--an up-close and personal meeting with the singer.

The little girl--a big Bieber fan--wanted to see the singer, and a social media campaign got the word out.

A Milwaukee radio station gave meet-and-greet promotion passes to Hailey and her parents. A doctor gave Hailey, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy, clearance to go. And after an ambulance ride to the BMO center, Hailey got her meeting with Bieber.

It was worth it, her father said, to see her smile.
