Whitewater’s ash trees tied with yellow ribbons
WHITEWATER Yellow ribbons are tied around the trunks of public ash trees in Whitewater, but according to the city’s website, the ribbons are only for tracking where the trees are. The ribbons do not denote trees that have been infested with the emerald ash borer.
