Police shut down illegal massage parlor in Lake Geneva
LAKE GENEVA Lake Geneva police closed down an illegal massage parlor Thursday after following citizen tips on the business, according to a release from the city of Lake Geneva Police Department.
About 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 4, Lake Geneva officers, along with members of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the FBI and Homeland Security conducted an investigation in the masseuse parlor, Eastern Healing Center, operating at Unit G of the building located at 612 Wells St. in Lake Geneva.
The release noted tips from observant citizens led police to discover the business was operating without a license. During the course of the investigation it was also discovered that customers at the location were paying for sexual favors.
Two female foreign national were arrested and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for immigration violations.
The case is still under investigation.
