Warhawks winter baseball clinics opening

— Registrations are now being accepted for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Warhawk Winter Baseball Clinics.

All individuals ages 8-18 are welcome (including high school seniors). Each clinic is tailored to the age group of the participants. The Winter Baseball Clinics are skill clinics designed to prepare the participants for the upcoming season. All 8-13 year old participants will perform basic fundamental skills, while all high school ages will perform more advanced skills and drills.

Cost is $110 per each two-day clinic.

A pitchers’ clinic will be held Dec. 27-28 or Dec 29-30, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

A hitters’ clinic will be held Dec 27-28 or Dec 29-30, from noon to 3 p.m.

A fielding clinic is slated for Dec 27-28 or Dec 29-30, from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

A catchers’ clinic is scheduled for Dec 31, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
