Governor visits, works at Lake Geneva store
LAKE GENEVA Gov. Scott Walker will visit Stinebrink's Piggly Wiggly, 100 E. Geneva Square, this morning as part of the "Take Your Legislator to Work" campaign, according to a news release.
The event is part of National Disability Employment Awareness Month and the "Take Your Legislator to Work" campaign conducted by the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities.
Walker is scheduled to work at the checkout with a Piggly Wiggly employee at the grocery store at 9:35 a.m., according to the news release from the governor's office.
Walker also is scheduled to work with an employee of a Menomonee Falls business at 7:55 a.m. today.
