-- FRANKIE FOSTER, 28, of 2633 N. Lexington Drive, Apt. 18, Janesville, at 8:30 a.m., Saturday, on a charge of recklessly endangering safety and possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. He is suspected of administering heroin to a female who overdosed.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- KRISTINA SCHULER SR., 27, of 1815 N. Claremont Drive, Janesville, at 2:52 a.m. Thursday at S. Main St., and Oakland Ave., Janesville, after a traffic crash. She also was arrested on a charge of operating vehicle without owner's consent.

-- OPERATING A VEHICLE WITHOUT THE OWNER'S CONSENT reported at 3 a.m. Thursday in the 3400 block of Bond Place, Janesville.
-- BURGLARY reported at 12:01 a.m. Nov. 18 in the 300 block of Galena Drive in Footville. Reported stolen were $60 and clothing.
