Jets fly past Falcons

— The Janesville Jets rallied for three goals in the third period Sunday to defeat the Port Huron Fighting Falcons, 4-2, in North American League Hockey.

Bryan Kim scored 47 seconds into the third to pull Port Huron to a 1-1 tie, but Janesville scored three straight goals to take a 4-1 lead. Jordan Himley, Chase Rey and Nick Albergo posted goals for Janesville.

Port Huron was called for a pair of 10-minute game misconduct penalties in the third to benefit Janesville. Port Huron drew 74 minutes on 13 penalties to Janesville's 13 minutes on five infractions.

Janesville hosts Kalamazoo at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
